The compact 27-inch stand-alone wireless LG StanbyME TV will receive an elegant stand with a round “leg” on hidden wheels - all in order to conveniently drag it to where you need it right now. The principle “not a person to a TV, but a TV to a person” is complemented by the ability to adjust the screen in height and tilt by choosing portrait or landscape orientation.

The novelty received a battery that will provide 3 hours of operation - then it will be necessary to provide for proximity, including to the outlet. For ease of control, StanbyME will receive a touch interface, and the remote control will be able to recognize touches and gestures.

The StanbyME viewer offers streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube. The NFC function is useful for displaying the smartphone screen. Another use case is as a PC monitor, also via a wireless connection, although you can also connect via USB or HDMI.

Pricing and release dates for the model have yet to be announced.
