Fairphone has released Fairbuds, completely wireless headphones. The new product could have become “one of the best” if not for the manufacturer’s desire to make its models “non-disposable”. One example is the Fairphone Fairbuds XL over-ear headphones.

The much smaller Fairphone Fairbuds, also with built-in ANC, is nonetheless just as repairable. They are equipped with easily replaceable batteries. Moreover, you can replace the battery both in the headphones themselves and in the case. In addition, in the event of a breakdown, replacement of spare parts is provided, which can be purchased from the same Fairphone: from small plastic and silicone parts to individual circuit boards or even one of the headphones.

The new product is covered by a standard two-year warranty, which will last up to three years after registration on the manufacturer’s website. Otherwise, everything is quite relevant and expected: touch control, protection from water and sweat according to the IP54 standard, two-point connection and wind protection for phone calls.

The headphone batteries, before you want to change them, will provide up to six hours of autonomy and up to twenty with recharges in the case. The sound quality will be enhanced by 11mm titanium-coated speakers.

In Europe, the price of repairable Fairphone Fairbuds headphones was 150 euros.
